WIDE AWAKE - HOLD TRUE DEMO

Wide Awake is a classic straight edge band let's be honest. The 7" on Schism is hard as fuck and awesome. Here' the demo which also kicks ass.

CRUNCH TIME DEMO 2002

Crunch Time was one of the first and coolest Lockin' Out bands. I recently came across this demo and I figured a bunch of people would like to hear it since it's pretty awesome. If you liked the Realness 7" and want more Crunch Time fix then here you go.

FASTBREAK - DON'T STOP TRYING

Fastbreak was one of the coolest CT bands. StandHard was a scab for them and Pat played in In My Eyes and Right Brigade. Don't Stop Trying is my favorite release of theirs. It just has that late 80's youth crew sound I've come to know and love. All their releases are pretty cool even their last LP which sounds like Lifetime and Gorilla Biscuits.

IRON AGE DISCOGRAPHY

Crossover thrash from Texas. Featuring members of Far From Breaking. Iron Age was probably the coolest band from Texas at the time(now they have MODERN PAIN and POWER TRIP and many others.) Here you go, now mosh:

YOUTH OF TODAY - DON FURY DEMO

The demo recorded live at Don Fury's. Features songs from Break Down The Walls and Can't Close My Eyes along with some comp tracks. Youth Of Today were one of the best bands. Listen and love it.

PRAISE UNTIL NOW

I figured that since Praise is releasing their debut LP on React!(I am too excited for it) I would put up a discography of them featuring both 7"s and a live set at WMUC. If you saw them this weekend at the last Sacred Love show let me know! They are one of my favorite newer bands. Mosh it up.

SS DECONTROL - THE KIDS WILL HAVE THEIR SAY

I don't think there's anything I have to say about this classic. Straight edge hardcore from this notorious Boston crew.

FAR FROM BREAKING - BOTH 7"S

Far From Breaking for those of you that don't know, was pre Iron Age(discography coming soon!) and a straight edge band. Both 7"s are absolutely amazing but The Identity is my favorite release from them and probably my favorite Youngblood Records release. You'll be moshing to this in your room in no time.

BACKTRACK - LOST IN LIFE

Backtrack doesn't need any explanation since they are probably one of the biggest bands in hardcore currently. Lost In Life is their new album. Here you guys go.

DEATHWISH - TAILGATE

Deathwish was part of the early Boston straight edge crew. If you like Slapshot, SSD, or Last Rigts I'm positive you'll enjoy this.

TURMOIL - THE PROCESS OF

Turmoil was a 90's metallic hardcore band from Philadelphia and they were heavy as fuck. This record is my favorite thing they have released. I heard of them through Set Your Goals since Jon Guala provided guest vocals on one of their songs. I was shocked at how heavy they were, I never heard anything like it before and I loved it. I love heavy metallic hardcore like this and they just do it right. If you like Buried Alive, Disembodied, or All Out War this is right up your alley.
