TouchXdown were from Richmond and released a demo in 1988. This 7" compiles the demo and 3 live songs and was release on Youngblood Records. It's a shame they never did more since this is sick.

BILLINGSGATE - REACH OUT EP
I don't know if many people have ever listened to Billingsgate before. This 7" was the second release on Victory Records and it's pretty cool! Erik Funk of Dillinger Four played in this band, another band that I think is absolutely fantastic. This EP is real cool, it has a nice Insted, Gorilla Biscuits and 7 Seconds. The LP is cool even though the songs are longer but it came out on Nemesis Records which is pretty awesome.

FURY DEMO
Fury is a new band out of California. I love their sound, it reminds me a lot of Battery and even some Dag thrown in there. Buy it from MOSHERS DELIGHT and pick up some cool shit now.

DIRECT EFFECT - SUNBURN
Sunburn kind of came out of nowhere for me. I always thought Direct Effect were a really cool youth crew styled band but this record is definitely their best stuff. It takes their late 80's style and adds elements of later Black Flag and even somewhat of a noise rockish sound. Overall it's pretty awesome and I am enjoying it a lot so I thought I'd share it! BUY IT!

Never Enough Time is one of the best Youngblood releases and one of the coolest LP's from the mid 00's as well. Don't sleep on this. Also ask Ryan to upload their live set.

CRO MAGS - ALPHA OMEGA
We all know and love Cro Mags. Age Of Quarrel is one of my favorite records of all time and Best Wishes is pretty damn good too. This is their last good release. JJ came back and his vocals sound great, the music is still crossover styled thrash and it hits hard. I figured this is a pretty underrated album I'd share with you all. Also I'm back from vacation and there's going to be some really cool posts soon. Keep checking back!
